Benson straps are now available. Made from top quality tubular webbing and marine grade cord. They come in three varieties: Finger, Wrist and Knuckle Duster.

We've also updated the Shop. You can now add items to a Cart, then email the contents to us by filling out a form on the checkout page.

Straps can be found in the Accessories section.

"Some footage of my custom DS. Tried something different so the idea was to do one or two tricks then fly off as oppose to flying combos. Filmed over 2 seperate days, one sunny,the other slightly overcast. Wind wasn't too bad either;-)"

The long awaited third instalment of Adrian Bickerstaffe's Sleight of Hand series is finally here, and it's a cracker!

From Adrian;

"The video shows a bit of the suburb where I fly and also features one of the new generation Skyshark Geminis. The general idea of this session was to focus on the rolly-spinny types of moves that the Gem is best at, toy around with the humble lewis, and punctuate things with two-point landings. Wind was overland and bumpy, varying in direction by about 40 degrees, but I did what I could."

Just a quick round-up of recent updates to the site;

In the Videos section there are brand new movies from top UK flyer Piero Serra flying the Inner Space, and top Ausi flyer Adrian Bickerstaff flying the Deep Space, also added are more of our favourite clips from Andy Wardley, Lars Fakeldij and Piero Serra.
In the Photos section we've added the Pilots Gallery, featuring various Benson Kites and the people who fly them. And a gallery of excellent photos taken by kite photographer John Chilese.
We've also added a page for the Trick or Treat DVD, the successful freestyle kite flying movie produced by Souldeep Media, you can see a trailer, clips and stills from the DVD.

In the Shop section we now have a Spares page, and an Accessories page.

Finally, in the Tech section you can find new measurements for the Minigem Tristar bridle.

Lots of splendid items to choose from, if you can't find a logo/garment/colour combo you like send us an email and we'll create a new option.

The Clothing Store is over in the Shop section.

The Gemini series has had a make-over!
The sail shape and graphic remain the same but everything else has changed, the frame is now mainly Skyshark, there's a new Andy Wardley Tristar Active bridle, the frame has a narrowed centre section, and the sail now includes features we've previously used only on the Deep Space, like roll bars, yo-yo glides and snag free reinforcements around the tail, nose, tips and stand-offs.

We've finally decided to bite the bullet and make available our range of kites for sale direct.
We don't have an online ordering system at the moment, so for now it will be a matter of sending us an email request and we'll take it from there.

Welcome to the new Benson Kites website!

As you can see the site has been totally redesigned, and we have some new features such as a Tech section with detailed info on bridles and frames, also a Media section where you can find photos and various video clips featuring your favourite Benson Kites (check out the previously unseen edit by Soul Deep of the Deep Space test kite, the C-Class).

We still have plenty more content yet to come, we'll use this section to keep you informed of site updates and news on new products.
